Residential
Your house. Not a production slot.
Personalized attention from the first call through the final walk. We serve Aurora, Denver, Arvada, Englewood, and the metro around them.
What goes on the roof
We install steep-slope and low-slope systems, and we pull every layer before a reroof when code — and good sense — says the deck needs to be seen. Ventilation is checked before we cover it back up.
- Asphalt shingles
- Architectural composition, including Class 4 impact-rated systems (UL 2218).
- Metal

- Cedar
- Shakes and cedar shingles where the house and the code allow it.
- Low slope
- EPDM, TPO, and self-adhered SBS modified bitumen. No torch-down. No tar and gravel.

How a job actually runs
01
Signed order, then the schedule
Jobs run in the order contracts are signed. Rain, snow, and high wind stop work. We finish one roof before we start the next.
02
You know who’s coming
Before we arrive you get a letter: how to prep, and the names and numbers of the team.
03
The mess leaves with us
Crews clean up daily. Interior stains, loose flashing, and granules in the gutter are caught on inspection — not after we’ve left town.
04
Pay when it’s done
Usually no deposit. Billed on completion. If a city inspection is pending we can hold 10% until it clears.
